What Raffi Said . . .

I am so very thankful for that guy in the back.
Yep, the one with all those kids.
And I'm so "super-duper" thankful for that guy.
And incrediby thankful for that guy.

And delightfully thankful for that girl.

And I am awesomely thankful for this life that I am living and especially for the family and friends with whom I share it. My heart is full.
Watch out, because I am going to quote a Raffi song now:
All I really need is a song in my heart
Food in my belly
And love in my family

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

What are you thankful for this Thanksgiving?

P.S. -- If you are wondering why I missed posting two days in a row, just know that I am also thankful that the bug going around only lasts 24 hours and thankful that two year-olds eventually fall asleep, even in a strange bed. And, yes, "awesomely thankful" is awkward. Gobble Gobble.

I hear ya girl! So thankful for mine too. (Especially my husband who is just now fetching our children from school in the sleet so I can make a mini T'giving meal).

Happy T'giving!

I am thankful for my beautiful, funny, loving family of course. But I am also so so thankful for dear friends like you.
I was a little worried about you, but was hoping you were just taking a little much needed break. So sad you were sick, but thankful you are better now.
I love those photos of your fam. on your front steps.
Enjoy, eat, and rest!!

Those pictures make me smile! Big, happy, thankful to have you for a friend kind of smile. You have a beautiful family. I adore Sweet Pea's face in the group shot. Actually Bub and Lil Bit are being awfully darn cute, too.

I've been so out of the loop. And feeling badly that I didn't know you were sick. I pray that you are back to your normal self and this extended post-turkey day bloggy absence is just busyness.

I am thankful for so much. My family, my beloved husband, my friends, my health, not so much for the cats, though. Life is good.

I spy a Bumbo! I'm so thankful for those. And my cute, sick kids who gave their cute, sick germs to me. And tissues with lotion.
