You know you need to make more of an effort with your clothes . . .

. . . when five days out of seven, you get directly into bed wearing exactly what you've been wearing all day long (or at least since lunchtime when you changed out of your "fancy clothes" and by "fancy clothes" I mean any pants that zip and button).

Since I've been going to the gym, I'm better about this, but I am embarrassed at how often I go most or all of the day in pants with an elastic waistband.

I get worried only when I continue to wear that outfit when I get OUT of bed the next day.

Oh, sister! I hear ya! This is a series issue with me, too, since I work from home. When my hair starts to turn into dreads, I really know I need to do something. (It's amazing how fast that happens!)

I wish I could tell you it is just because you are exhausted with small children. Some days it just makes perfect sense. m

I looked good for work on Wednesday. Personally, I think I looked even better on Thursday when I didn't even try to hide the fact that I was wearing the exact same shirt I had worn the day before. I don't have children to worry about; what does that say about me?

Not a day goes by that I don't get home from work and have my PJs on within 10 minutes. Even before I cook dinner... I often wonder if this is bad for my marriage :)

Seriously my three year old asked me why I was wearing my PJ's out to preschool. I informed her that the long sleeve Notre Dame grey t-shirt was not the same one that I had worn to bed the night before. Although they are almost exactly the same one was clean and one was dirty. I find that many moms at preschool look so good and I look so bad. It used to bother me but these days I am just happy to be there on time for drop off and pick up...BDAVIN
